Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Austin follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Best cookies ever!! Absolutely delicious and the service was wonderful. I accidentally dropped the box inside my bag and the cookies spilled and dropped my cup of milk. One of the employees was super sweet and replaced everything free of charge. I should have asked her name so I could mention her by name because she's wonderful. If you're reading this, thank you!

We love stopping by to grab a quick iced matcha and some baked goodies. The sugar cookies are extra generous and have amazing designs. Today, we enjoyed a summer swimsuit and a pineapple 🍍! Try the blueberry muffin, moist and delicious, perfectly crumbly. Hope you enjoy this place as much as we do!

This place is so cute! It would be a good place for a quick hinge or bumble date! There a beautiful tree with a long bench to sit and eat your baked good at. The chocolate chip cookie is incredible! So soft! You tell they’re fresh! The cold brew was also perfect! I will definitely be coming back! I’m excited to try their ice cream next! I love that they have a tiny bowl option for the ice cream too for those of us who like to treat ourselves but in moderation!

MAN! This is my new favorite bakery. The chocolate chip cookie has the perfect texture and is so chocolatey. They’ve perfected the recipe. The banana bread is delightful and captures the essence of a banana really well. Lots of banana bread these days taste artificial but not this one. The mint chocolate ice cream is SO refreshing. It tastes like the freshest mint leaves were picked, mixed and churned with the best cuts of semi sweet chocolate. Well done, ulu have a true customer. I’ve been back 3 days out of 4 on my vacation here in Austin lol.

I visited Tiny’s Milk & Cookies and it’s definitely worth it. There is usually a bit of a line, but with a little patience it moves quickly, and the wait is absolutely worth it. I was recommended to try the scones, and they did not disappoint. They offer different flavors, sometimes even unique ones, which I really enjoyed. The last time I tried the blueberry scone and it was delicious. There were other interesting flavors as well, and everything looked amazing. The chocolate croissant was excellent, and both the cappuccino and the latte were very good. They have a great variety of pastries and coffee drinks, so there’s always something new to try. The place feels clean and welcoming, and the staff is very kind and friendly. I will definitely be back!
